The project Lend-a-hand fundraising

The project was originated by the City of Liberec and the Stadion s.r.o. company. Its chief patron is the mayor of the City of Liberec, Ing. Jiří Kittner. The projects aim is to raise money in support of disabled athletes.

The money is raised by selling tiles on which donors then place their handprint. The tiles make up the Goodwill Wall. Each donor has their own signed tile in the wall. The tile details are also stored electronically. You can view your tile online as well as those of other donors. You can find the location of your tile by querying the online tile database. A computer with access to the database will also be available at the Goodwill Wall. Each visitor to the arena will thus be able to locate their “own” hand print.

The project was terminated on September 9th 2010 during anniversary concert Hollywood Night. Donors placed their handprints on 2566 and donated CZK 861 155.
